Our pricing is primarily based on the size of your home (Sq Ft/Bed/Bath count) and the service tier you select (Standard, Deep, or Move-Out). Recurring services always receive a discount compared to one-time cleans.
How do I get a quote for commercial services?
For commercial contracts, we require a free, no-obligation walkthrough to assess the facility’s square footage, scope of work, and frequency. This ensures our quote is accurate and customized.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), ACH transfers, and invoicing for recurring commercial clients.
Are your cleaning Superheroes licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes! For your protection and ours, Ruiz Cleaning Superheroes is fully licensed, bonded, and carries comprehensive liability insurance.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Our team arrives fully equipped with all the necessary professional-grade tools and supplies to complete the job to our high standards. If you select our Green/Eco-Friendly Products add-on, we bring our specialized line of non-toxic supplies.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. We stand behind our work with the Ruiz Clean Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a portion of your service, simply notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
